You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at each of the telephone numbers you have provided and to receive emails at each of the email addresses you have provided.

By agreeing to these terms and providing your contact information, you are providing your electronic signature (E-sign) consent. You understand that consent is not required as a condition for purchasing any goods or services from Mariusz Falkiewicz, MKF Ventures LLC, or Simply Financial Inc.

You agree to promptly alert Mariusz Falkiewicz, MKF Ventures LLC, and Simply Financial Inc. whenever you stop using a particular telephone number or email address.

Your cellular or mobile telephone provider will charge you according to the type of plan you carry. You also agree that Mariusz Falkiewicz, MKF Ventures LLC, and Simply Financial Inc. may contact you by email, using any email address you have provided to them or that you provide to them in the future.

You consent to this monitoring and recording.

You agree that Mariusz Falkiewicz, MKF Ventures LLC, and Simply Financial Inc. may from time to time make calls and/or send text messages to you at any telephone number associated with your account, including wireless telephone numbers that could result in charges to you. The manner in which these calls or text messages are made may include the use of prerecorded/artificial voice messages and/or automatic telephone dialing systems.

You further agree that Mariusz Falkiewicz, MKF Ventures LLC, and Simply Financial Inc. may send emails to you at any email address you provide or use other electronic means of communication to the extent permitted by law.

You may revoke your consent at any time using any reasonable means. This includes replying “STOP,” “QUIT,” “END,” “REVOKE,” “OPT OUT,” “CANCEL,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any text message you receive. Mariusz Falkiewicz, MKF Ventures LLC, and Simply Financial Inc. will honor do-not-call and revocation-of-consent requests as soon as practicable and no more than 10 business days after receiving the request.
